We had a great time last year watching everyone playing and hanging out. It was great to meet all the new guests that played on our teams – this is year is going to be even better. Here are some important details we want you to know so you and your team can be ready for Hardwood Challenge 2010.
Registration is open through April 25. All teams must be registered before that date to participate in Hardwood Challenge 2010. If a team is not complete by April 25, those players will be added to other teams to make complete teams. Please make sure your whole team is registered on time.
Students should meet in gym at 11 am for our morning program. Lunch will be served on campus in the gym beginning at 11:45 am until 12:30 pm and will be provided for registered players and volunteers. Parents and spectators can purchase a meal for $3. The tournament will begin at Hebron High School at 1 pm and conclude at 5 pm with door prizes and giveaways throughout the afternoon. Parents and spectators are welcome to attend.
Please take a moment to download and complete the 2009-2010 Medical and Liability Release Form if you have not already filled one out for the 2009-2010 school year. This form must be turned in at the church office by April 30th to participate in Hardwood Challenge 2010 (this is especially important for the guests on your team). Students who do not have this form on file will not be able to participate in the event.
